What You’ll Own and Drive:
What you'll be doing? Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships. Represent Trential at major conferences, and key sales meetings, speak knowledgeably about Trential products and solutions and how we are differentiated. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets. Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration and motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics. Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell. Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent services. Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects. Plan and look after all paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display marketing. Present findings and recommendations to the team members regularly. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity market.
What We're looking for:
What are we looking for? 4+ years of experience in business development within the Tech Products. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related stream, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred. someone who is passionate about new business development and client acquisition who enjoys networking, presenting, and pitching products and services they really believe in. Working knowledge of CRM, Google Office Suite/LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Zoom info. Identify product gaps and/or requirements based on customer feedback, market demands and competitive threats that need to be addressed by Product Management in order to maintain and expand our addressable markets and accelerate sales wins. Maintain a working knowledge of competitive offerings and compile data on competitive products and pricing for reporting to the product management and competitive analysis teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.
