  5. Right to Limit: restrict use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g. precise geolocation, racial origin, health) under CPRA.

  6. Right to Non-Discrimination: you cannot be denied access or service, or charged differently, for exercising your rights.

  • Comply with financial or regulatory requirements,

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
